With the market as it is today, we want to make sure that our total compensation package is attractive to Connectors at all levels. Total compensation includes base salary but, for Connectors it also includes annual performance bonuses, a great RRSP-matching program, vacation and other days off, great health care benefits, support for setting up your home office and taking care of your well-being. With regards to the senior engineer’s responsibilities, we rolled out an updated banding structure to set expectations and we'll be introducing updated pathing to help level the load.
