I have only had great experiences with the STL group and those below them. While this can be team dependent I feel as more often than not I work with high quality, empathetic and motivated direct leaders. Definitely the best part of the job.

It feels like there is a major disconnect from the Executive group and HR with the rest of the company in their company decision making. Here are a couple examples 1. The difference in pay between ATLs and TLs is usually 5-7 dollars because ATLs are so underpaid. The majority of skilled associates who would be great ATLs have to take a pay cut to do so. Taking a pay cut to enter leadership, which has more work/responsibility, is absurd. You can talk to the majority of TLs and STLs and time and time again they talk about how they had to take a pay cut when they first became an ATL. 2. Of the appx 50 open internal roles currently, 12 of them list the pay. This is absolutely insane. You're asking people to apply to roles with no clue on if its a pay raise or decrease. A company should be transparent about its pay, and at the very least provide possible range. There are also weekly spotlights to encourage people to apply for roles, these also don't list pay! Less than 25% of your open roles not having pay listed is frustrating and insulting, and this is for Internal applicants.
