Unfair Pay Structure – Salaries are based on unclear principles, and raises can be rare (sometimes even after two years). Poor Project Organization – The quality of project management varies greatly. If you’re lucky, you’ll land on a well-organized one. Always in a Rush – There is constant urgency, leading to unnecessary pressure. Overtime Exists for the Wrong Reasons – While optional, the fact that it’s often necessary highlights poor management and planning. Terrible Sales Team – They make unrealistic deals that strain resources, leaving teams with high demands but low budgets.
