Pluspunten

Half Day Fridays. Some people are nice

Minpunten

-Constant Turnover - Commercial department (CEO’s pet) keeps losing people every month -Poor Leadership - CEO talks big in town Hall meetings. Paints a rosy picture on how the company is growing and then walks back to his office and lays off more people. -CEO handpicks every single person from director level up and then micromanages them. Capital Projects Review Committee Meeting is a joke. It's mainly used by the CEO to get a pulse on the gossip in the office and feed his ego and play favorites. -No upward movement and no chance of upward movement. -Always need to watch your back, commercial and finance leadership will sell your soul to the CEO and then you will get laid off. -CEO just bought the office next door, renovated it, put more cubicles and offices and then laid off 6 more employees during Thanksgiving. Classic case of not knowing what the right hand is doing to the left. -CEO also picks and chooses what color of cables the IT should use, which employee should sit in what cubicle. Looks like a lot of free time is available. -Favoritism. It so gross that it reeks from the CEO during monthly birthday celebrations. -HR department is overstaffed. One person draws huge salary only to do orientation of new employees and then terminate them a year later. A robot can do that. -If you get a job here, then start looking in another year because layoff will be coming.

Pluspunten

Boot and safety glasses vouchers, they will hire you without any plant experience.

Minpunten

The insurance premiums went up after switching to Blue Cross Blue Shield. The company cut down on overtime by doing a 4 days on and a 4 day off schedule. They promised that would be made by on call, but certain people in charge, will skip certain people, because of favoritism and nepotism. New people have been ridiculed by the leadership for asking questions about work subject matter, and they resigned from the company and found other job opportunities. The training was strictly computer based, and recently was changed to being signed off by supervisors, besides the computer based training. This change was put into place by the corporate office after they noticed high turnover from employee resignations and termninations.
