Clueless/Awful Senior management - werkgeversreview Graphic Designer bij ContentCal

The working environment at ContentCal is extremely driven and goal orientated. Speak to anyone in the business and you can immediately tell they absolutely love what they do. There has been an influx of new employees over the last year (including myself) and I feel that everyone is made welcome immediately. The fact that you can have a zoom Christmas party with colleagues you've never met in real life and still have one of the best work do's says a lot! The product itself is also fantastic and with so much potential on the horizon, every working day is exciting at ContentCal!

ContentCal, at this stage, wouldn't suit someone who's used to working in a large corporation with hundreds of colleagues that cover all the different task requirements in the business. ContentCal is still on the small scale; there's a lot of work to get done and a lot of hustle from every department/team member. You are not just a number and your impact is very visible - to me, this is a pro but to others, this could very well be a turnoff.

There are so many reasons why ContentCal is a great place to work! Firstly, it is so exhilarating to part of a company that is ambitious and goal-driven, with a company vision and purpose for what you are working towards. The product is truly fantastic and working in the sales team means I get to meet the best clients and experience firsthand customer satisfaction, which provides a real sense of achievement! ContentCal also has to be the most welcoming place I have ever worked for. Despite joining remotely and meeting everyone over Zoom- I have never felt more of a teamwork spirit than here. Everyone is so vibrant and passionate about what they do and I believe this is the real reason ContentCal thrives!

None personally for me! However, for others who would rather be a small fish in a big pond, ContentCal wouldn't suit you. Instead, it is a place where you have a wanted voice and can make a big impact on its progression!
