The feedback on the current program is very positive. For 2014, the non-executive employee bonus average was 9.1% of base salary with some employees receiving over 30% their of base salary. Understanding that the Construction Industry can be demanding, we have tailored our compensation package which is above average for the industry to include wellness programs that are in place to assist employees with life work balance.
