Given the lack of a strategy or future for this company, individuals may be able to run with their own projects if they either take the approach of asking for forgiveness rather than permission, or somehow get the support of senior management. Great for those who push for what they want.
Minpunten
Homogenous office where attempts to define strategy are lacking. Senior management is not particularly strong as managers, much less middle manager. Without at serious pivot, not clear this company will survive another decade.
