Pluspunten
Continental is a global company, so you get a chance to interact with a very diverse workforce. Many opportunities to travel, in US and international. Overall, the management provides a good workflow and directiion for both new and existing projects. They benefits were better in 2008, but the cuts so far in 2009 have been reasonable.
Minpunten
The company now is a blend of old Conti, Siemens VDO and Motorola Automotive. The integration of all the work systems has been slow, almost glacial. The email system in the old Conti was Lotus notes (very bad), and Lotus was kept over the better email (Outlook) that was used at the former Siemens and Motorola business.
