No proper training. First hand over the projects without proper guidance and later they will blame you if you have reworks. Nobody is there to give you proper tarining. Later on they will say alas we did not provide you the training videos. Even if you take one leave for medical emergencies , they will inform that you took so much leaves ,so you cannot take leaves. If you are facing power cut issues, manager will put leave on his behalf saying how do they know that we are working or not. Nobody will give reviews about your work but they will discuss with each other and won't tell us. If you logout on time they have problem, if you logout early then also they have problems. The training section is so pathetic that trainer doesn't know about the tool and training videos. They refuse to pay the salary by informing little little reasons.If you ask for leave, they will start saying that you cannot take leave as we will have more loss.
