Hello - I see you are based in Pleasanton, so you work for Stoneridge Creek, not Continuing Life. That being said, we encourage you to speak to HR about desire for growth! There's an amazing Talent Development Review (TDR) process that you and your Director can develop your personal plan for further development and growth!

Excellent Luch made available at reduced costs. (Not Free) Nice weather at office location.

Utterly Paranoid about lunch breaks. Whether you're a Nurse or a Technical person; you are expected to STOP what you're doing regardless of what it is and take lunch on schedule. The last Director of Support (not the current one) was a huge liar - I mean like she made a career out of it. Really enjoyed pitting team members against each other, and their supervisor. Many of the directors were normal folks looking to do a good job, others were just there to be impressive to themselves and talk down to everyone. It's not a healthy place to work, so I left and got a job working for people who don't lie the same way the rest of us use oxygen.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to write a review. We know that it's frustrating to have to stop what you are doing to take lunch on time, but this is required by California law, and we do take that extremely seriously! We are pleased that our new Director of IT has been with us just over a year and based on the employee survey feedback from this past Spring, the team seems to appreciate his leadership. We wish you the best in your new position!
