Utterly Paranoid about lunch breaks. Whether you're a Nurse or a Technical person; you are expected to STOP what you're doing regardless of what it is and take lunch on schedule.
The last Director of Support (not the current one) was a huge liar - I mean like she made a career out of it. Really enjoyed pitting team members against each other, and their supervisor. Many of the directors were normal folks looking to do a good job, others were just there to be impressive to themselves and talk down to everyone. It's not a healthy place to work, so I left and got a job working for people who don't lie the same way the rest of us use oxygen.
