Pluspunten
Clinical programs for long term care patients are great. Educational webinars and visibility of corporate staff at the facility is continuous. They support you and really try to remove barriers within the facility when you bring up a problem. Easy to talk to. My facility team has a fun family atmosphere in my opinion, and it seems like CRG corporate has the same. No pay cuts with all the payment changes. They strive for excellent patient outcomes and really being focused on care for all patients who have a need. They truly care about us doing the right thing for the patient.

Accountability is no joke here but I’ve seen first hand regionals, VP compliance and COO hit the floor to treat, answer call lights and passing trays if needed so they lead by example. Productivity is the same as most companies and we all wish it would go away for SNFs but ok. Very strict with PPE education and compliance which makes it challenging at times. Facility staff carryover on care can be a con, depending on the facility.
