Some cool, unique project work. Good international profile. Not too big, not too small. Private and employee owned, so not at mercy of the market.
Minpunten
Favoritism, smugness and tunnel vision beyond belief. A bunch of white guys patting each other on the backs. You won't get to the top unless you fit a very narrow mold. Stale, retrogressive groupthink. Horrible for women. Offices everywhere, whether India, China, South Africa, Dubai or Colombia, run by white guys. Like colonialism never ended. Which is ok for the security director clients who are the same, but ensures company is ultimately far less interesting than it might appear.
