Awesome team - werkgeversreview Software Engineering bij Contxtful

Everyone on the team, from the management down, feels like they want to be part of the team, even though there is diversity of age, sex, nationality, language, etc. There is a social club that organizes events and team building activities that are great at including everyone. Overall, it is a joy to interact with the team, because every idea is given a fair shake and nobody's ego is too big to hinder communication.

Technologically, since Contxtful is a start-up, resources are spread thin. Developers (myself included) don't always know the best way to tackle a problem, which creates technological debt at a rate faster than might be seen in other companies.

The people are really nice, the tech is pretty advanced and interesting

Track record of churning and burning sales professionals that join team. Low volume for a company that's been incorporated since 2017. Don't expect to be selling very much. Ask right questions in interview process.
