I have work for coverageOne more than 2 years and I can honestly say that it has been the worst work experience of my life. The company culture is toxic, the management is incompetent, and the pay is low. But the worst thing that the company did was steal their employees' bonuses one day before they were supposed to be paid out. In addition to stealing their employees' bonuses, the company also laid off several employees who expressed their frustration about the situation. This is a clear example of a company that does not care about its employees. They are only interested in making money, and they don't care about the impact that their decisions have on their employees' lives

Problems get patched instead of fixed. The same issues show up over and over across processes, systems (CRM and ERP), and roles because root causes are ignored Sales has too much control over how things operate. Strong, scalable solutions get blocked if they do not align with how sales wants to structure a deal even when it is not in the company’s best interest. This a a sign of a desperate Sales team. There is an overemphasis on closing deals at any cost, without enough accountability for the full revenue lifecycle. Revenue quality matters, not just getting something in the door Leadership concerns are not new, are constantly talked about on Glassdoor and internally and they are ignored. There is a real need for stronger accountability, clearer direction, and leaders who are willing to make tough decisions. The tough decisions include looking closely at members of C-Suite and their failed impact.
