Great place to learn about low voltage electrical, panel work, security and cameras. Great opportunities to learn a variety of systems. Some really good people in the field who will teach you if you want to learn.
Minpunten
Corporate structure prevents any real growth. Department switching is tough once you've done well in one position. Most leadership is phoning it in and truly provides zero direction to anyone else, as it seems like people fight for any sort of compensation at all levels. I also had personal belongings vandalized while at work and HR, management or direct superior wanted nothing to do with hearing that. It also feels weird to get robbed while having my car parked at a security company?!? Too many politics all around. Especially in the SLC office.
