I've worked in this company for a few years now and it is indeed a good place for growth. The management team and even direct supervisors really do care about your personal growth here and even offer training budget yearly for you to upgrade your skills.

Minpunten

Long working hours (the usual agency life), but the people do make up for it as they are all really helpful.

Good learning experience to start, cheap food places around the areas, nice interesting projects, nice office building

Many departments esp mine is very cliquey with toxic tendencies. Every day have to pretend to play nice or they will be give u trouble. Upper managements won’t even believe u even when u tell them so no point trying.All the seniors here are really hopeless at their roles. I am not the only one who feels their not sincere in helping me grow. I personally dont think what we do is very creative nor innovative also. There is a lot of rush jobs so prepare to ot
