Pluspunten
Lovely full and part-time staff to work with. Sit at checkout 6 hours a day most days three days a week. Meet and get to know so many people! Lots of laughs. Hours not difficult. Lots of Fair Trade goods, and a high awareness of environmental issues.
Minpunten
Never a word of thanks or praise from the manager. Systems designed to treat staff as potential thieves, making us seek approval from over-worked supervisors for even minor things like little mark-downs. Disregard of H&S systems - no Risk Assessments in two years (nor fire drill!). Pay is very very poor compared to the top four.
