The company is very fluid in terms of everyone is treated equally, The people here value personal time and everyone is supportive. The benefits are not the best but they have been improving over the past few years. Lots of room for growth and they are heading in the right direction

As with any other consulting company, work availability depends on clients. If you roll off a gig they try to place you with another, but its all up to their clients. So the stability for consultants is not the best

That gives great opportunities to consultants. - Company Culture: People are genuinely interested em helping each other. It is probably a cliche to say but the sense of family really exists. There are a few cool team events which is something to look for even in COVID "online" times.

- Size: It's a small consulting Company so there are not a lot of projects to work on but I haven't experienced any issue because I have been allocated for more than 6 months. - Compensation: Salary is a bit under the market rates, at least in my case, but I am not completely unhappy.
