Apart from the incredible people who do the actual work and the product. This isn't a career building place.

CEO has created a vacuum around leadership placing his own friends in VP exec positions . They preach transparency and radical honesty but frankly your opinions are worthless and you won't stay long in the "inner circle" if you have one. Three mass layoffs were performed in 14 months. Two of which were to clean house of teams that used be part of older leadership, most recently through the covid pandemic. They say what they think you want to hear, they don't understand why they should care about people and culture. To them that costs money so that's really what matters in the end. Not you, your career, or anything that doesn't make them look good. My advice, you can do better.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I’m sorry you feel that your voice isn’t being heard. We’ve tried hard to find ways for good ideas to make their way into the decision making process, regardless of where they originate. To take one example, every quarter we open up a “start/stop” wall, where everyone in the company can share their thoughts on what Copper should (and shouldn’t) be doing, operationally and strategically. This feedback is reviewed by the executives and resulting actions are shared with the team as a whole. We do this not just because we feel the team deserves to be kept in the loop (they do), but because good ideas don’t only come from the c-suite, and the best business outcomes are reached when the entire team is contributing and engaged.
