Minpunten
My employment at Coppertree started with in-organization, a lack of strategy and direction despite the overall high morale of the employees. Since the acquisition of a company formerly known as BuildPulse, in Seattle -- which the employees here knew nothing about -- everything about the Coppertree mission changed. It was more like they had acquired us. The company went from having little to no transparency, to secretive, plotting and uncomfortably unorganized projects. The staff were never informed of upcoming or significant events within the company. Many staff were fired without cause, coincidentally resulting in a group of staff severely lacking in diversity. In the few years I spent there, the turnover rate has stayed consistently high, all to do with upper management.
