I really can't think of any Pros of working here. Maybe the location is decent because there are several restaurants close by. Also there is a sand volleyball court for everyone to play volleyball instead of work.
Minpunten
This is a very depressing work environment. Please read this review and several others that have commented on the fact that there are 3-5 people leaving per week due to the toxic environment. Because everyone is depressed and unmotivated, this place will also leave you feeling depressed when you leave work. The review with 5 stars is upper management desperate to make this place look good in order to get new hires. There is absolute no direction on what you are supposed to be doing and no support by management whatsoever. You will never move up and even when they promise you that you will be moving up, they come up empty handed with more lies. The President of Cordis does not interact with anyone below him (except the VP of Communications). Several VPs have even left the company which says a lot. But since sales are low due to zero innovation and zero spend on R&D plus several recalls on products, they are okay with all the open headcount because they need it to survive. Ever wonder why J&J decided to sell Cordis? Because they were losing money with the ridiculous manufacturing processes. There is no team work as manufacturing does not communicate with Sales and vise versa. Cordis is constantly over producing then scrapping. There is no team work at the top so there is none at the bottom. This is a dying company. Cardinal Health can continue to buy more companies to cover up their mistakes.
