Overall toxic working environment. Nice people that turned to be passive aggressive, too many conflicts between employees because of not happy with the management. Too many conflicts between employees. American centric way of working - top down, hierarical. Totally not European/ Dutch way although they claimed as a Dutch company.

Learned a great deal about laboratory analysis and equipment. Health insurance was adequate.

Minpunten

Pay was far below what analysts at the competition were making. Raises were far and few, overtime was encouraged instead. Incentive to stay was low.
