      Upward mobility is very limited, turn-over rate is high, new hires are over qualified for there position and pay increases are only given if the economy/industry is doing well, not based on increased skill set.

      Pluspunten

      Learned a great deal about laboratory analysis and equipment. Health insurance was adequate.

      Minpunten

      Pay was far below what analysts at the competition were making. Raises were far and few, overtime was encouraged instead. Incentive to stay was low.
