This is a small but impactful organization with great leadership at the helm driving its success. The leadership team, under the influence of the CEO, has set an atmosphere that fosters collaboration and staff empowerment. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to the strategic direction of the organization and your opinion is valued. The team overall is exceptional, very professional yet fun group to work with. There are a myriad of staff enriching activities and the door is always open to seek out and receive additional training in your particular field or specialty. The atmosphere is very family friendly as well. Management is very supportive of a work life balance and frequently even have bring your child to work days to help foster this as well. The compensation package and benefits are very competitive and in today's mode of shrinking benefits, the organization is devoted to ensuring that the needs of the staff comes first. All in all, the best place I have ever worked.
