Thank you for providing feedback, feedback gives us a chance to review our processes. We want to provide a healthy environment for all our Drivers, Contractors, and Employees. We do try to keep costs low so that we can provide good pay and good equipment. Keeping speed at 65MPH on foot and 67MPH on cruise saves fuel and helps with other costs. We have increased our speed stance on 2023 and newer trucks to 70 on foot and cruise. While the trucks are not equipped with a fridge, we do have them equipped with a power inverter that will power a dorm fridge (usually under $100.00) or small microwave. I am very sorry that you felt threatened by anyone on the team, I would love the opportunity to discuss with you to see if we can resolve any outstanding issues. We fully understand that without great drivers, to service our customers, we cannot be successful.
