There are lots of cons in this pathetic excuse of a company. 1. The CEO and CTO clearly think highly of themselves and have no business acumen. They come once a year and give useless pep talks but when it comes to execution of actual matters, they show their true colours. 2. Team leaders are some of the most narrow minded people that I've ever seen who are expert in demotivating and discouraging colleagues who are not as "skilled" as they are. They don't have any leadership qualities, not even basic communication skills and are puppets of the CEO and CTO but in turn backbite about them only. 3. Very few projects without any diversity come here and they stretch on them for months, mostly focuses on their own CRM product the interface of which is plain ugly and scary and still they dream of competing with Salesforce. 4. Learning new skills is a myth here. I was promised that there's a lot that I will be able to learn and gain experience working here but no such promise was kept. I had to do the same old useless stuff for nearly two years. 5. Both atmosphere and infrastructure are oozing with negative vibes with hostile environment and poorly educated company culture. No training facilities. Not a single employee said anything positive about the company in the 18 months that I have worked here which clearly shows how hopeless they have made their own employees. Just do yourself a favour and don't go to this company if you want to improve your career and please ignore the positive reviews in google which have been written by their faithful lackeys. Payscale is poor and salary gets credited on the 15th of every month
