Everything absolutely everything is wrong as a maintenance mechanic I can honestly say with no part room inventory and no one giving diction or leading no communication they don't even give a proper cost of living raise officially even if you get a good review the main boss changes it saying and I quote there's always room for improvement you can't even get trained on the equipment that only at this plants location zero safety program and best way to describe it is company is filled with pass the buck on to someone else
