Pluspunten
People are nice to work with.
Minpunten
The turnover is at an all-time high. Some of the best leaders and department heads in the Glendale Heights business have left or have been let go since January, which has caused tremendous issues. Morale is low and getting worse - with poor financial results and good people leaving left and right, the people that remain are bearing the brunt of the desperation the organization is dealing with. Very negative environment in general, with a lot of back-stabbing and finger-pointing. The dysfunction starts with the senior leadership team, and permeates throughout the organization. Expectations and demands change daily and are typically unrealistic. There is no communication about the future or when things are going to get better - employees are generally not confident in the direction of the company and their roles.
