Pluspunten

Carries many Christian programs from dynamic ministers around the US and the globe.

Minpunten

CEO is not a minister. He is a business man and micromanages just about everything with a heavy hand. Employees are frankly quite often abused by him into fearful silence most of the time.

Pluspunten

I think given the previous reviews (written at a time of change in the company when employees who weren't pulling their full weight were let go) speak to both a pro & con of working at a Christian TV network--there is a constant friction between "we are a family and love God as a ministry" and "this is a operating TV network that HAS to work efficiently to stay on the air." In that light, many employees are very kind and personable, but this is also a crazy busy, often stressful industry. If you are creative, forward thinking, and adaptable, you will love working at CTVN.

Minpunten

Unfortunately, because it's a small network, you wear a lot of hats & the work load is often very busy. There are really no down seasons. Also, some of the corporate policies are hard to navigate because they seem to change often (such as comp time, vacation time, etc.)
