I am not sure about pros, felt like no pros company.

No timely salary, deduct your leaves as well as salary if you are late even by few seconds. Unsupportive managers, no organic data provided in sales team, toxic workculture which is run by family members including all the top designatories of the company. Unprofessional HR, no timeline for FNF, created fake linkedin profiles to show positivity. and many more cons are there. I would not recomend this company at all.

At Corpseed, attendance, leave management, performance evaluation, and employee separation processes are governed by clearly defined policies that are communicated to all employees. We believe accountability, professionalism, and performance are essential for both individual and organizational growth. We would also like to clarify that Corpseed provides business leads and operational support to its sales teams as part of its standard operating process. Employees are expected to focus on their assigned responsibilities, client engagement, and performance objectives. Therefore, the statement regarding the non-availability of leads does not accurately reflect our operational model. Regarding the comments on the company's ownership and leadership structure, we believe that an employee's professional experience should be assessed based on workplace practices, opportunities for growth, organizational support, and performance management. Whether a company is promoter-led, family-managed, professionally managed, or publicly owned does not impact an employee's responsibility to perform their role effectively or the opportunities available to them. We welcome constructive feedback that helps us improve and strengthen our workplace. However, it is equally important that public reviews accurately represent facts and experiences. I worked in the sales team for about a year. The company has very strict policies—employees must report before 9:45 AM, or the day is marked as a half day. The leave policy is limited, and using available leaves can still lead to salary deductions. There is little to no proper training or onboarding. Employees are expected to start sales within the first week, and failure to meet targets in the initial months can quickly lead to PIP and termination, creating job insecurity. The organization is family-run, with most senior roles handled internally, leaving limited scope to raise concerns. The work culture is highly micromanaged, with constant monitoring. Overall, there is limited growth, learning, and stability. Consider carefully before joining.

As a client-focused organization, we maintain structured working hours and attendance policies that are clearly communicated to employees at the time of joining. These policies are applied uniformly across the organization to ensure operational discipline and service commitments. Similarly, leave management is governed by documented policies, and salary deductions, if any, are processed strictly in accordance with those policies. With respect to training and onboarding, every new team member undergoes an induction process and receives guidance from reporting managers and team leaders along with trainings. At the same time, sales roles are performance-driven by nature and require employees to proactively learn, adapt, and engage with clients from an early stage of their tenure. Regarding performance management, Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) are not intended as punitive measures but as structured mechanisms to help employees improve and succeed. Decisions related to employment are based on overall performance, conduct, commitment, and business requirements rather than short-term results alone. We also note the repeated reference to the company's ownership structure. Corpseed evaluates employees based on merit, performance, and contribution to organizational goals. The ownership model of a company has no bearing on the opportunities available to employees or the standards expected from them. As a growing organization, we continuously invest in improving processes, employee development, and workplace culture. We welcome constructive suggestions that help us strengthen these areas while ensuring that feedback remains balanced and fact-based.
