Pluspunten
Cortex has allowed me multiple opportunities to grow in my career and evolve as an employee. While there are always challenges with an evolving company, Cortex has never failed to appreciate me for the work I've done and recognize my potential. The changing demeanor and culture of Cortex employees is inspiring. While we are still a smaller company, I see a very bright future for Cortex and I look forward to being part of it's success.
Minpunten
There are still employees who have lacked the desire or ability to change their outlook on the company and I think it affects the culture as a whole. The need to develop a stronger sales pipeline is still apparent but I am extremely optimistic that the team in place are the right individuals to do the job. My only concern is there is a tiny lack of cooperation and lack of communication between departments. While I reserve my opinion because I'm hoping my concerns are due simply to communication errors, I can't help but think that the lack of cooperation is intentional and petty.
