Management people don't know how to plan the things .leadership does not have any vision and without vision there is no growth .and office is full of unprofessionalism no one see your work or talk about your performance. it's like your work and your performance doesn't matter for them. the things which matters is how long is your breaks is , you can't stand in a group , you can't talk to him/her, and the worst thing is meetings on how you can keep your office clean such silly topics to waste your time and all the meetings conduct after office hours. so you need to prepare yourself that your working hours is 10 hours not 9 and many more ...
