Great positive design ethic place at first. However no longer the same spirit as before. Maybe a great opportunity to redefine. Good luck.

Founders internally fighting for leadership. Current management focused on sales, lost original great design spirit of Great design ethics and values. As the direction was lost from the founders, trickled down throughout the company executives and management major reshuffle. The company left spinning wheels with little direction. The company lost its messaging. The company downsized drastically globally. Hopefully, new strong leadership with vision will help. Unfortunately, management typically lost their cool frequently and with added pressure from above became toxic.
