I was with the company for 5 years, and actually really enjoyed my job! I had a great boss, who cared very much about his team. I had great resources. My boss was always available to answer questions, and provided great guidance and advice. I’m hoping I can work for them again in the future once group travel is back.

Subpar training and a temperamental and moody boss who hates to repeat himself twice, thus, leading you to believe that you need to carry a tape recorder every time he opens his mouth, otherwise, you will be yelled at for not reading minds. Hatred, impatience, favoritism towards women and holier-than-thou attitude that permeates a minuscule office interferes with your work, learning new skills and your productivity. Not being consistent in how you treat males or females, being unapproachable and moody and raising your voice and slamming drawers only creates an environment where productivity and team work is compromised.
