Lack of inspectors in our company, so sometime we are getting overload and jumping from one to another jobs feels very difficult.

New vp of North America is shredding the company apart. Firing as many Americans as possible to move in her Ukrainian people. They will low ball your compensation and work you to death. They don’t care about work life balance or even your life in general. Had a colleague work almost 3 years with no raise then was denied a raise after he was promised one! Told people they wouldn’t be fired then fired them 7 days later
