Great management, strong culture, no micromanagement, hard-working but respect work/life balance, strong market opportunity, good salaries, not much turnover, strong venture funding. Overall a great place to work.

Not really much negative about this place, though it would be nice if it was closer to the CalTrain, though there is a shuttle.

They are strong on B2B, and have signed some important institutional deals; its a small company, with good product managers and business development team.

They outsource the key technology and that is a drag on everything from basic financial reporting to device data capture. Also, they have very tigth budgets and their vacation policy is anticuated.
