-Management has favorites and sometimes had an attitude and don’t care about their employee’s health or mental state. -Scheduling was a nightmare and all over the place. -Had a full time job but somehow had only 20 hours a week due to them hiring way too many people. -Management overworks their housekeepers at times.

The guests were always lovely, and made the job fulfilling.

Management was awful, no support from them. Favoritism, enabling one person something but not the other. No structure; expectations and rules change by the day. Upper management turns a blind eye to misconduct and abuse of all forms. No loyalty from the company to its employees. Wage theft, illegal time clock adjustments, sexual harrassment from superiors, hostile work environment, all condoned by upper management.
