The property-level management team is excellent—supportive, professional, and focused on growth. There’s real room to develop based on attitude and performance. The General Manager truly cares about building a positive team culture. I genuinely loved working there.

The guests were always lovely, and made the job fulfilling.

Minpunten

Management was awful, no support from them. Favoritism, enabling one person something but not the other. No structure; expectations and rules change by the day. Upper management turns a blind eye to misconduct and abuse of all forms. No loyalty from the company to its employees. Wage theft, illegal time clock adjustments, sexual harrassment from superiors, hostile work environment, all condoned by upper management.
