Was a solid starter retail job. Was given training in direct store sales.

Minpunten

There's only so high of a raise that you're eligible for through their "star" system. Very high sales expectations.

Pluspunten

Caring and extremely high energy servers, cooks and hostess. The management handles everything at the restaurant with integrity and competence. They know and love their guests. They even know what they order and their other preferences.

Minpunten

The cuts in hours they are forced to make due to corporate interference.

Flexible schedule, individual impact, company benefits, insurance even for part time staff, internal promotion favored

Minpunten

Poor pay, manager competency and commitment can be hit or miss, no full time positions, pitifully low amount of allotted hours for all retail employees. I cannot speak to restaurant staff experiences.
