Pluspunten
WFH once a month, lots of great food nearby, low-level employees are friendly. You'll learn a LOT.
Minpunten
You're very rushed into your role here, given a day or two of training and then thrown to the wolves. The CEO and upper management act like you're incredibly stupid, but the CEO is not very smart himself; comes up with stupid ideas but no one can say that his ideas are bad. Management will admit that they're bad ideas but you still have to do them. You're expected to take your work home with you and work extra unpaid hours. You're basically not given a lunch at ALL. Hours are long, job is thankless, and you don't get any benefits. The commute also sucks if you don't live really close by. You'll be fired if you aren't absolutely perfect; their turnover rate is disgustingly high. I left of my own volition but most people don't. The culture is super toxic.
