Do you value your career and have any self-respect? Steer clear of Create. I joined brimming with enthusiasm and proactivity but left utterly burned out and unmotivated. Career development? Nonexistent. Line managers? Completely disinterested in their team. They hire based on internal connections, considering most of the management is hilariously unqualified for their roles. Expect no clear career path, no one-on-one meetings, and zero support. The client base is limited to local businesses, with absolutely no prospects for international portfolio growth. Layoffs are a regular occurrence, and job stability is a myth. They’re experts at losing clients and over-hiring, only to turn around and not keep their employees. Hoping for a promotion or a bonus at Create? Keep dreaming.
