Time watcher. The company care more about how many minutes you are late for work / leave early than work effectiveness and efficiency. You will always feel like being watched which is highly discouraging. Petty management. Pay deduction for unfair reasons. Do not expect sick pay or any sort of compensation. Incredibly high level of workload. Management rewards hard working people with more work and no appreciation. They end up losing good people. If the management were showing how hard work are valued, perhaps many people would have stayed.
