Required to work additional hours/home case(s) to earn benefits which may or may not be something you want to do. If placed in a school, they may move you around and not train you. No summer pay like school employees get. Full time hours not guaranteed in summer but possible if you work at their rec locations. School contracts are offered very last minute (not company’s fault).
