A “hospitality group” that tries to celebrate diversity in the culinary industry but fails.
Minpunten
Extremely disorganized. Despite open communication and willingness to grow and take on projects leadership failed to show interest. Seems like they would rather have managers who pretend to attend meetings for hours and come back bragging about a full stomach and the free food they received from restaurants. The office feels like a lunch room, with zero consideration of others taking zoom/phone calls. Expect to constantly remind manager and HR to pay for holidays announced as “paid.”
