Pluspunten
This is coming directly from personal experience: If you work hard at CF, you WILL be rewarded. I’m not talking just doing exactly what your job description says and nothing more. This is more for the people who want to establish a career and really work their way up the career ladder as quickly as possible. Those who are excited to face new challenges and prove that they have what it takes to be trusted with more responsibility. I’ve been a chronic over-achiever my entire life. But while other companies took advantage of my desire to give 110% in everything I do, my manager at CF made sure all of my efforts were always recognized and that I received everything I was due: not just promotions, but also pay raises. It feels good to be working for a company that won’t take advantage of people.
Minpunten
There isn’t much I would want to improve/change about the way things are run. I guess I would just say that not everyone in the office gives their all to every project and that can get frustrating.
