      Pluspunten

      Excellent non-management team, relaxed environment, great portfolio of varied clients, a real 'work together to get results' attitude amongst the staff.

      Minpunten

      An environment of blame, and at times very much a 'favourite and black sheep' mentality from the management that can change very quickly depending on mood. It's not a hostile environment at all, but you know when you've done something wrong - and so do the rest of the team.

      Decent pay, got on with coworkers, good location.

      Minpunten

      All projects end up rushed, with heavy pressure. There is little opportunity for career advancement or skills development within the company because it is small. Work is usually for industrial B2B companies, making creativity rare. Husband and wife are CEO and HR, so complaints process isn't worth using. Parking can be difficult.

      Selection of client projects varies from digital to print and online

      Minpunten

      Very bad management style and HR person is not confidential to discuss any problems Management don't trust experienced staff and micro-manage to the point that the staff turnover is incredibly high for the industry The rest of the team are nice enough although there is very little atmosphere in the office and it's not a traditionally friendly office environment. Definitely not a marketing agency feel that most people are used to
