Overall the company lacks strategic direction. Leadership decisions are chaotic and contradictory resulting in confusion and wasted effort. Projects and operational changes at the company receive little critical analysis and once implemented (if they are ever implemented) provide little or no return given the time and money invested. On the surface the company appears to be a place where any employee can make an impact however after years of working there I have found this is not true. Leadership will listen to suggestions but rarely takes them seriously. CLS may be good for an entry level position however you will find little long term satisfaction if you having a positive impact and completing projects is important to you.
