They do welcome you to the company. As long as they like you they will be friendly and honest.

They have very bad support in the office. Never enough employees to take care of the all the properties. No training or support on any properties. No benefits and require way to many unnecessary forms and check ups which takes up way too much time. Too many meetings etc. A huge turnover rate. Disrespectful. A couple of partner's that have no idea what they are doing, intervening and making no sense at all just trying to be important.

You are able to leave at a decent hour.

The owner/boss is absent, is not a resource, and is very volatile and is known to go into screaming and violent fits. where he insults his employees in front of everyone and often refers to everyone in derogatory words. Often the owner can not pay his freelancers and will lie and say he mailed the check when he has not. Cannot be trusted to pay staff on time. Very unhappy staff and high turn over.
