This Working to address a real gap in the market for financial services software. Namely the next generation CRM system for financial advice practices. The founder/CEO/ sole director of the company who is referred to in many of the reviews written prior to Feb/ 2023 has left the company. There is new management which is now working to reset the company.
Minpunten
2022 was a ROUGH ride for this company, company morale and trust in management is low and will take a lot of effort to recover. The fact we have survived is primarily due to our clients strategic interest in our survival, management has also made Herculean efforts to keep up afloat- but the reality is poor decisions, the failure to make decisions were major factors in why we got into this situation in the first place. As a company we ‘came of age’ during the pandemic and the hybrid workforce has created a strong tendency for information to be stuck in silos. There’s less than 100 people, everyone should know each other but that’s definitely not the case. The fact that much of management can go entire months without showing up to the office in person, does not help.
